A 17-year-old patient was referred to our Dermatology Clinic because of an asymptomatic lesion on the left foot. The lesion had appeared during childhood and had grown indolently. On examination, an erythematous, slightly scaly, well-demarcated plaque was observed on the plantar aspect of the left foot.
