Hypothenar hammer syndrome (HHS) is an uncommon, reversible cause of Raynaud's phenomenon. The disorder is induced by repeated microtraumatisms resulting in degeneration of the ulnar artery at the level of the hamate, along with occlusion or aneurysm formation [1]. We report a patient with irreversible bilateral cyanosis of the hands caused by HHS and systemic sclerosis (SSc).A 69-year-old man presented with a one-month history of continuous bilateral cyanosis of the fingers with digital pitted scars.
