Generalized lichen nitidus is a rare condition that typically manifests with clusters of multiple, discrete, shiny, 1-3-mm papules that are flesh-colored to pink or brown [1, 2]. Histopathologically, it is characterized by a dense lymphohistiocytic infiltrate within dermal papillae [1].
