Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a heterogeneous condition representing either an in situ malignancy with apocrine differentiation, pagetoid spread of an underlying adnexal neoplasm or a non-cutaneous internal neoplasm. Concurrent involvement in the same area of EMPD and a benign adnexal tumor is extremely rare [1].
