Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia (WM) is a rare low grade B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder. It is characterized by the monoclonal proliferation of lymphoplasmocytes in the bone marrow and/or lymph nodes and/or spleen associated with a monoclonal peak of immunoglobulin M on serum protein electrophoresis [1].
