We have read with great interest the paper of Lee et al.[1], in which the authors describe the association between chronic granulomatous dermatosis and lymphoepithelioid T-cell lymphomas, also known as Lennert's lymphomas. A chronic granulomatous dermatosis represents a rare skin disorder in which pathologists describe a particular pattern of granulomatous infiltration, with linear erythematous palpable cords.
