A 69-year-old man presented with a two-day history of generalized rash and fever (38.6̊C). He had received eradication therapy for Helicobacter pylori with a combination of amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and vonoprazan three days before. Physical examination revealed diffuse erythema on the trunk and extremities with numerous small pustules (figure 1A, B).
