Annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma (AEGCG) is a rare granulomatous skin disease characterized by asymptomatic annular plaques predominantly on the sun-exposed areas [1, 2]. The clinical differential diagnosis includes granulomatous diseases, such as necrobiosis lipoidica, granuloma annulare, and sarcoidosis.
