A 66-year-old Japanese man who had suffered from psoriasis for 30 years and arthralgia for a few years visited our hospital and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index [PASI] score: 26). After unsuccessful response to two-month adalimumab treatment (PASI score: 17.4), secukinumab was administered, resulting in the improvement of most of the skin lesions (seven-month treatment; PASI score: 3.6).
