Lichen planus pemphigoides (LPP) is a rare immunobullous disorder characterized by the coexistence of lichen planus (LP) and bullous pemphigoid (BP) [1]. It presents clinically as tense blisters arising on either LP lesions or uninvolved skin. LPP most commonly presents as LP-like violaceous polygonal papules; hypertrophic plaques are rarely observed.
