(A) Ongoing bradycardia and asystole onset: EEG transitioned from a mixed lateralized ictal pattern (including lateralized rhythmic and periodic activities) to a diffuse slowing after asystole onset. Note that ictal onset is not shown here. The whole seizure is described in the video sequence. (B) EEG flattening occurring with a delay of 10 seconds from asystole onset; this EEG flattening persists after cardiac recovery.
