(B) Ictal EEG: seizure originating from the left posterior quadrant and consisting of rhythmic sharp delta activity, which is a relatively unusual pattern.(C) Ictal EEG: about five minutes later, the seizure has spread to other parts of the brain but is still maximal on the left, particularly in the left posterior temporal region.
