Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare type of extranodal, diffuse, large B-cell lymphoma characterized by the proliferation of neoplastic cells within capillaries and vessels [1,2].A 78-year-old Japanese man with asymptomatic eruptions on the bilateral thighs that had been present for five months was referred to us. Physical examination revealed asymptomatic, expanding, progressing, dark reddish to purpuric erythema and purpura with telangiectasia on the bilateral thighs (figures [...]
