A 58-year-old Japanese female was referred to our hospital due to a subcutaneous nodule in 2019. She had noticed the nodule about four years previously, which had been gradually growing thereafter. At the first visit, physical examination revealed a freely movable subcutaneous nodule with a diameter of 2 cm on her right upper arm (figure 1A).
