Subungual squamous cell carcinoma mimicking chronic paronychia Volume 10, numéro 2, March 2000

This clinical-pathological picture is consistent with subungual squamous cell carcinoma. A disarticulation of the little finger was then performed. Routine blood tests gave normal values, chest x-ray and medical examination were normal.
