A 77-year-old male, diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome on supportive care, presented with generalized pruritic violaceous bruise-like plaques and nodules on the trunk (figure 1A, B) and extremities (figure 1C). The patient had no other symptoms. Topical and systemic corticoid treatment was used with partial improvement.
