A 59-year-old HIV-infected man presented with multiple, asymptomatic lesions, localized on the limbs, which had appeared three years ago. Physical examination revealed several red-brownish, polymorphic, flat-topped papules, localized on the upper and lower limbs (figure 1A, B).
