A 17-year-old girl presented with a four-year history of a gradually growing mass involving her vulva with no complaint of pain or itching. Her right leg had been amputated after a traffic accident four years ago. Physical examination revealed scars where the leg had been amputated, and a red-coloured “mulberry-like” smooth mass with soft texture on the right side of the vulva, which consisted of semi-transparent and hemi-spherical cystic papules (figure 1A, B).
