An otherwise healthy 73-year-old man presented with a two-year history of asymptomatic annular lesions in chronically sun-exposed areas. On physical examination, multiple erythematous annular plaques with elevated borders and atrophic hypopigmented centres were present on his nape, upper back, and upper extremities (figure 1A, B).
