A 41-year-old woman had a 15-year history of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Six months before, she had a relapse of SLE and was treated with prednisolone, 50 mg daily. Decreasing the prednisolone dosage to 20 mg daily induced the recurrence of her symptom. Simultaneously, she presented with several asymptomatic, linear, infiltrated erythema on her lower limbs (figure 1A). The skin lesions showed cord-like shapes.
