A 62-year-old man presented with asymptomatic growth over his glans penis for the past 10 months. He had undergone circumcision for phimosis five months prior to onset of the scaly lesion, which gradually increased in size and became rough, dry and hard. Examination revealed a well-demarcated elevated hyperkeratotic plaque measuring 3.5 × 4 cm, with overlying mica-like scales present over the glans penis, but sparing the external urethral meatus (figure 1).
