Porokeratoses (PK) are a group of uncommon, acquired or genetic dermatoses, characterised by a keratinisation disorder of unknown origin, manifesting clinically with annular or linear, well-limited, keratotic plaques and histologically by the presence of the “cornoid lamella”, a vertical stack of parakeratotic corneocytes within the horny layer.
