Erythema elevatum diutinum (EED) is a rare neutrophilic leukocytoclastic vasculitis that typically manifests as erythematous to violaceous papules or plaques over extensor surfaces of the joints [1]. Late-stage lesions may mimic cutaneous neoplasms and have been described as pseudo-tumoural lesions [2, 3]. Early lesions may respond well to dapsone, but there is no satisfactory management for fibrotic lesions in the late stage [4].
