A 74-year-old man with a history of rectal cancer consulted our outpatient clinic for an asymptomatic, slowly growing lesion of several years. Physical examination revealed a solitary well-circumscribed polylobed nodule located on his scalp (figure 1figure 1A). The papule/nodule showed no adherence and was painless on palpation.
