Wolf proposed the term “isotopic response” to describe the appearance of a new, unrelated skin disease at the site of another healed skin disease [1]. We report a patient who developed comedones at the site of healed herpes zoster.A 34-year-old immunocompetent woman presented with asymptomatic black lesions at the right side of her back, confined to a single dermatome.
