A 33-year-old woman presented with a pruritic rash on her left leg. Dermatological examination revealed an erythematous, mildly oedematous vulva and small, flat, erythematous, blaschkoid papules extending from the left inguinal fold to the medial side of the left knee (figure 1A, B).
