To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) following pneumococcal vaccination.A 66-year-old man, with no medical history of adverse reactions to influenza vaccination or haematological disorders, received a 23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine by injection into his upper left arm.
