A 63-year-old man, without co-morbidities, presented to the dermatology and allergology department with recurrent erythematous skin lesions associated with a burning sensation and itching after treatment with paracetamol. Over the past two years, he had experienced three identical episodes soon after taking paracetamol. He had not been taking any other medications in the days preceding the appearance of skin lesions.
