A 74-year-old woman presented with impaired general condition, pancytopenia (haemoglobin: 99 g/L, platelets: 17 × 109/L, neutrophils: 1,44 × 109/L) and leukoerythroblastosis. She suffered from an endometrial carcinoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis, treated with hormonotherapy (letrozole).
