Facial dermatoses are very varied, they are a frequent reason for consultation. They represent a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Materials and methods. This is a descriptive prospective study carried out in the dermatology department of university hospital Hassan II FES for a period of one year. Results and conclusion. This study highlights the frequency and depth of pathologies that can affect the face. In young subjects, the inflammatory origin is predominant and it is often a source of aesthetic damage. In the older population, neoplastic pathology ranks first and often involves the functional prognosis. While in children, infectious pathologies are the most frequent, especially bacterial and viral, followed by immuno-allergic causes such as atopic dermatitis.
