Endometriosis can result in severely impaired quality of life due to pain and infertility. Pain is mostly addressed using hormonal treatments, therefore resulting in contraceptive effects. Non hormonal options for pain relief are to be discussed in the specific context of pregnancy wish. Ovulation induction may be considered in women with mild endometriosis and persistent ovarian reserve, using gonadotropins, for limited numbers of cycles. Psychological support is systematically offered.
