Elective female fertility preservation is authorized in France since 2021,August. Oocyte cryopreservation to prevent age fertility declined can be performed from 29 to 37 years old and is reimbursed by social security. Mostly, women are single and wait for their career or for a partner to build their family. Its success rate depends on age and number of cryopreserved oocytes. Due to limited number of authorized centres, accessibility for women is poor in 2022.
