Groupings in a multi-occupational health center (MSP) have always been presented by their promoters and the regional health agencies as a way of avoiding burnout among carers. This statement lacked evidence. This work questioning 234 professionals nuances the dogma. The vast majority of caregivers reported feeling good about MSP, but more than half said they felt stress at work and some felt it was a deterioration in their quality of life, health or morale. The results identify factors that contribute to fulfillment and others that are more deleterious. Coordinated and grouped work cannot be improvised and is not systematically synonymous with improving the quality of professional or personal life. Everything depends on the project carried out with framing of the activity, distribution of tasks and working time.
