Unaccompanied migrant children are a vulnerable group. They require an individualized medical support taking their backgrounds and environments into account: general practitioners could be privileged interlocutors. However, the complexity of their routes and their unusual administrative situation may be a cause of concern for physicians. Indeed, it is recommended to practice a checkup as early as the minority assessment stage. That raises the issue of medical care without the consent of a legal representative.
