The pharmaceutical world is facing the changing health environment, its regulatory and technological aspects that come to affect its operation. In this context, the pharmacist must develop new skills. This article presents cases of intervention research in hospitals in order to bring a prospective dynamic to the management of pharmaceutical skills. The socio-economic approach to manage combined with the use of skills grids contribute to prioritizing the activities to be delegated or retained and the future value-added activities that will probably have to be developed.
