Focal therapy for prostate cancer is an organ preservation strategy that has been developed in recent years and has gained popularity among the community. Increasing evidence is available and promising results in terms of efficacy and tolerance have been obtained, not only for low-risk but also for intermediate-risk prostate cancers.
