The framework for crisis intervention, in a mobile team, is co-constructed with the patient, their family or resource persons. It should be pragmatic, focused on the current problem, delimited in time. When it comes to suicidal crisis in a chronically traumatized person, the mobilization of the family and the construction of a protective framework, can increase the relational tension and an escalation of symptoms. Some points of reference are proposed to the clinicians to help them adapt their approach.
