Definition of moderate Crohn's disease must take into account clinical activity, complications (stenosis, fistula) but also pejorative factors of disease. These patients must be treated differently: thiopurines or anti TNF agents. We must evaluated endoscopic activity at six months and optimization of treatment could be suggested in CD patients without mucosal healing.
