Ulcerative jejunitis is characterized by jejunal ulcers from different types and may reveal infectious, inflammatory or malignant diseases. Diagnosis is currently performed by endoscopy. Typical aspect of ulcerative jejunitis mainly refers to refractory celiac disease. Diagnosis relies on pathological, molecular and phenotypic analysis of intestinal biopsies.
