The aim of this study was to identify the terms for home care of a person with Alzheimer's and related diseases. Interactions between the individual and his human and physical environement require important support to promote home care. This study was conducted with the Delphi technique and interviewed more than twenty experts, professional, volunteer and family caregivers from three countries to set up the best terms for home care. The results show the importance of taking into account the approval of the caregiver for the available support measures and the preservation of his personal activities. This study opens perspectives regarding the assessment and interventions for this population.
