Frontal eye field (FEF) is the area in the vicinity of the precentral sulcus and superior frontal sulcus that, on stimulation, produces eye movements[1]. It is well connected to other cortical areas of eye movements and functions as an integrator [1]. FEF seizures typically produce contralateral eye and head adversion [2].
