A 30-year-old woman with a 20-year history of chronic lymphedema of the left leg presented with intermittent weeping vesicles of the thigh (figure 1A). Examination revealed multiple translucent vesicles which discharged an odourless milky white fluid (figure 1B). There was no vulvar oedema and she had no diarrhoea. Skin biopsy showed dilated dermal lymphatics (figure 1C). Laboratory tests including haematology, urinalysis, serum cholesterol, triglyceride and immunoglobulins were all within normal [...]
