A 49-year-old Japanese man presented with generalized rash and fever. At 22 years old, he had been diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris, which had been controlled with oral cyclosporine (1 mg/kg/day), topical corticosteroids and vitamin D3 analogues. These treatments had not been changed, but two months before presenting to our department, skin symptoms gradually exacerbated after catching a common cold.
