Six months ago, an 83-year-old woman presented with a cervical mass. After careful examination, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. She was treated with radiotherapy for three weeks after chemotherapy. Three days later, a severe pruritic, erythematous rash was observed in the irradiated cervical area, which progressed to involve the upper and lower extremities, abdomen and lower lumbar region, particularly both legs and feet (figure 1A-C).
