Soft-tissue sarcomas are a group of rare and histogenetically heterogeneous tumours. Currently, the recommended management for cutaneous sarcomas at the metastatic stage is palliative multidrug chemotherapy, but this demonstrates <10% efficacy with a mean response over 2-3 months [1].
