Seborrheic keratoses (SK) are the most common benign epidermal tumours in our clinical practice. In most cases, the diagnosis is performed only by clinical and dermoscopic examination. These lesions often present as light to dark brown, yellowish or black exophytic papules with a sharply demarcated border and an unctuous texture.
