A 29-year-old male presented with a 2-cm pink nodule on the second right toe. The lesion appeared one year before and suddenly enlarged during the previous month. Clinically, a skin-coloured, non-tender soft mass, with irregular surface telangiectasias appeared on the lateral periungual fold. Careful excision was performed, followed by histopathological analysis.
