A one-day-old newborn was admitted for immediate presentation of a tumor syndrome with extensive purpuric lesions. Clinical examination revealed hepatosplenomegaly and recurrent fever. This neonate was born from a pregnancy carried to term without antenatal anomalies and then delivered by emergency cesarean section for acute fetal distress.
