Anterior cingulate epilepsy (ACE), a rare entity (Garzon and Lüders, 2008; Alkawadri et al., 2013), presents particular challenges in focus localization during pre-operative epilepsy surgery work-up (Garzon and Lüders, 2008; Alkawadri et al., 2013).
