Ictus emeticus presenting as an unusual seizure type in chromosome 22q11.2 deletion syndrome Volume 19, numéro 1, March 2017

At 08:53:09, the patient is retching with tonic spasms. EEG recordings at this time revealed discontinued and unsynchronized slowwaves across the left temporal area (T3, T5). When retching developed into forced emesis, the slowwaves evolved into bilateral synchronization across temporal areas.
